A $5 million lawsuit against Pierce County was dropped.
Lynn Dalsing and her attorney had claimed Pierce County prosecutor Mark Lindquist "recklessly" went after her in two child molestation cases.
Both cases were dropped.
The prosecutor and county stood by their position that Dalsing was lawfully arrested and charged.
"We will always fight to protect children, fight to make our community safer, and fight for what's right,” Lindquist wrote.
